After you get use to the cleat shoe, then you ride with it, you realise that your bike has evolved to next level. 😂

So much fun to ride with it, you can cycle by just pulling the pedal up this time without pushing the pedal forward. 😆

Thanks to one Malay cyclist who shared with me a useful tip. When you starting to ride with cleat shoe, uncleat only one side when you want to stop.

You should only uncleat the left one and land on it while the right is still with the pedal and place it in a lower position. Balance it by using the left leg. In Malaysia, we drive from left, therefore we need to uncleat the leftside instead of the right one. Else if you uncleat the right, you might fall in the middle of the rode.

Then when it is good to go, pedal the right, get the bike to move first, and then cleat in the left one and continue.

You can also start to uncleat it when you know you are about to stop.

Thank you for the tips.

*Happy Cap Go Meh, last day of CNY!
